One of the giant steps forward when companies now bring suit is that the suit no longer has to be brought in Federal court. This should make it much less costly for the companies and helps to level the playing field IMHO. I for one am looking forward to the day CTIX/IPIX files against those who attacked the company and its shareholders. Go IPIX!!!
