From my experience, people who are under an NDA don’t tell people they are under one lol.

I’ve been involved in a few transactions that required an NDA. They all had provisions that ensured the party involved wasn’t going around saying as such.

I’m calling BS. Whatever though. If he truly is under an NDA then he still has a big mouth. Lesson learned for anyone else who might get into business with him!
