Ran that judgement info by my attorney. “Claim” vs “patents” verbage. Here’s the response:

“You’re saying they infringed on our patents. If the patents were determined to be invalid then so are your claims”

Just legalize. Judge hasn’t amended anything. Let the appeal process proceed. SFOR On to bigger and better things in 2018. Infringements will be icing on the cake imo.
