Agree. Both sides could have met with the Judge in his chambers to agreeably wordmith the obvious change in the final that was acceptable to their attorneys and face saving to the Judge. This legal compromise is a positive indicator to me. It shows R&G succeeded in not having the validity of the patents themselves called into question in the Judge's final, signed, decision. This also reinforces the judgements at the USPTO in my mind. What about yours?
