It's probably just me not fully comprehending, but I'm not seeing the silver lining. I'd appreciate if you could explain it in simple non-legalese.

I'm seeing large litigation fees for the appeal and possibly another one, which will go to the Supreme Court, and could take years.

I'm also seeing possible collusion amongst the infringers with the plan to deplete our litigation financing funds with endless appeals. I know we have a loan but $1M or $2M is probably easy to burn through with $1000 / hour lawyers and I regard the terms of the loan to be nearly usurious - not thrilled about having to take another one.

We need an announcement of a deal with real revenue numbers like right now.

Or, an explanation that can positively spin this ruling, please.
