If true....and if the entire holding company rolls into the FRFS shell......it will be like hitting the lotto for many shareholders. While this may seem too good to be true these kinds of things do happen occasionally, making patient investors rich. We know for a fact Gifa owns the FRFS shell now, via filings. It's a very exciting possibility. Certainly a gamble that is worth the risk of a few bucks....I bought 200K shares under .04. May buy more next week. Let's see what happens!
