1- 2 years audited financials
2- fully cleansed toxic debt
3- a solid franchise/dealer network
4- expanded international sales and distributors
5- a fully accepted reapplication by the SEC
6- an approved and accepting MM
7- repaired share structure

Am I missing something besides a shit load of buying on the open?
