The share structure hasn’t changed since Oct 31st.
Hanks still owns 1.5 billion NON TRADABLE B shares
Hanks and Lemons still own about 550 million A shares
930 million or so A shares are restricted from trading
63 million shares were added to the A shares from $350,000 or so worth of notes
The float went from 550 million to 613 million.
Our expectations and patience seem to have changed.
