I believe the issue most are concerned about is value. As a shareholder, I am STILL waiting for the BOD and the CEO to begin to create value for their shareholders. Yes its the BOD job to create value for the company which in turn their shareholders. So far I see very little. If the company is relying on a litigation win to fund the production of new products then I don't know what to say. I hope our company wins in court and receives a hefty settlement but I also would like to see REAL traction with existing and new product launches in the marketplace. IMO.
