Not prior management, But have been in since the grape juice days (and at one point i was a big proponent of NNLX). When one business promise after another fell by the way side I said this is beginning to look like a scam. As in one step forward- two steps back. No shareholder meetings, no BOD elections, products that don't work as intended, a CEO that put in a shareholder protection plan that protects him better than the shareholders.(you should look that one up) Like I said, time for him to resign and get someone else to run the business - (after he puts ALL patents back into NNLX name as assignee). Get an Independent BOD.
