I am not sure I understand most of the posters on both sites. This is a PENNY FRIGGIN STOCK. It is being built piece by piece, one brick at a time. Deals take time - re-structuring takes a lot of time and energy. ONCI has made more progress in a year than 99% of all the crap in the OTC Wild West.
Obviously patience is in short supply.
Name change and Domicile change has strings attached that take time to satisfy.
99.999% of all pennies are crap shoots - Berman is the closest I have seen to a CEO who is more interested in growing the company than most. There will be a lot of major ups and downs - if you think it's only going one way - up - then get out the drugs - it's going to be a tough ride.
