The following are things I scan for on my main OTC scanner (I use a number of scanners):
1. New highs
2. New High Bids
3. Large Bid size
4. stocks +5% for the day (so I can see why before they get too far gone)
5. Block trades (1M on otc)
6. rising over 50 day moving avg
