Agree. "I had hoped for a better outcome end of 2017" but we got sucker-punched in the CA 9th by a Judge with a conflict of interest. The resulting litigation delay also delayed those customer deal signings. This was completely out of Mark's control. I believe R&G will remedy this situation via the appeals process. What will strengthen their hand is SFOR IP being the industry standard. Those standard orgs requirements should be complied with in 2018. That is what places SFOR in the cat's seat next year and the naysayers know it! They know their day in the sun is drawing to a close so they've turned up the volume while they can before events overtake and silence them IMHO.
