sox, I think tax loss selling has ENDED. I think it had to settle in 2017, which means Wednesday should have been the last day of tax loss selling.

I have a slightly different view here. I think that some are trying to keep the price down because they haven't or hadn't quite reached the 30 days for the wash sale rule, and they want to buy back cheap this week, especially tomorrow.
