We have some classic examples of Dunning-Kruger syndrome here. A fast definition is "they don't know what they don't know." Usually people who are incompetent think that they are highly competent.

In our case we have someone who thinks they are smarter than the rest of us, and can post claiming to be disgusted by the behavior that is in fact their own.

Dunning-Kruger syndrome sufferers don't realize that every time they do something stupid like that, we are laughing at them.
