Been looking at this chart for quite a while. Finally, it is beginning to move in a positive direction: we are "in the cloud."

Notice the trend developing near the third and fourth weeks of January. While the flip of the cloud to green is not guaranteed, that upswing could mean some upward pressure sometime after February.
