I think without a margin account you usually need to give proceeds from another sale 3 days to clear. Thats how etrade is anyway. I picked some up last week at .0214 and was certain I would be able to buy lower before the SHM but was nervous that in the off chance some decent news is released before the SHM that i would miss out.
