Looking forward to the new tax year starting January 2, 2018 when all the stocks currently at the 2017 year-end bottom prices can get moved up without warning by buying on the ask.
Large volume traders won't be worried about the 2017 tax bill at 33%.
Those that were bidding will finally realize that nobody will be selling needlessly at a loss on a proven repeat runner.
