As far as i know, there's no time limit set for that, only his discretion.
Perhaps, how about our lawyer posters chime in on that?
Evidently this delay adds to the time frame of our appeal's process since RG can't start the process until the final judgment is signed and filed.
Also remember we need to see the amended proposed judgment first.
