Because we are talking of mind boggling sums of money (treble damages) here sadly you may be right. If SA loses the appeal they could be facing damages that might bankrupt them. They would be foolish not to avail themselves of their last chance in the US Supreme Court. IMHO. Good thing SFOR has that $1.5 million litigation fund!
