No, Dr. B didn’t sell any into the open market. You should check what Code F means before feeding false information to your subscribers.
Code F - Payment of exercise price or tax liability using portions of securities received from the company

Here’s Leo’s explanation on the August filing.
“No. Art did not sell a single share. His one year vesting passed. The company paid his taxes on those shares and he reimbursed the company with shares (which you are referring to) which are now accounted for as treasury stock. There were no sales into the market. This is a common occurance at many mid and large pharmas”
