Tomorrow is 9 months after the Summary Judgement where it was a shoe in for the SEC and Teco would be shut down immediately.
So much for Mt Bullchit for evidnece. If the judge can't make the decison based on Mt BS things are looking good IMO.
Could be the judge has already decided in our favor and a trial is scheduled.
