I agree wholeheartedly. I am still saying there is no indication of wrongdoing. I just think enough of these links point to a possible conflict of interest or the appearance of such. Judges should hold themselves to a higher standard to preserve integrity of the system. I was under the impression that a lot of judges make available their financial investments publicly to avoid this type of situation. I wouldn't see anything wrong with a request like that.JMO
