Timeframe true, but Learningtoinvest may be on to something. To maintain good relations in the 9th, R&G could have kept the conflict of interest information close hold. Rather than publically embarrass the Judge in his courtroom, they could have divulged it privately in his chambers. This allows him the face saving exit of recusal. This could be the reason he has yet to sign off on his decision. His delay in doing so tosses a bone to SA. They can, with a straight face, inform their SHs what a great year 2017 was for them in their annual report. Their BOD knows 2018 may not be so IMHO. All this of course is pure speculation on my part.
