Pluto, your scenario of Berman would be another example of an abuse of fiduciary responsibility. IMO, he will do that should the legal battle turn south. What he SHOULD DO NOW, IMO, is recruit the proper talent to turnaround DECN and harvest its potential.

You would not be suggesting that scenario if DECN was going to post a strong last quarter or announce a real relationship or partner that was showing tangible results.

Guess this is the seqway to prep all DECN shareholders to look towards another year gor hope/results.
