There is no money to be earned for starting up the existing p!ant and resuming a nonprofitable operation.
There is although money to be made by convincing investors to pony up millions and build a new p!ant somewhere.
In one scenario nobody gets paid.
In another the principals involved get fat paydays.
The lessons learned from both Bordynuiks Niagara Falls plant and Robin Curtis's Lithia Springs plant is the millions roll in and are pocketed to get the operations out of the ground.....not in the ensuing phase of production.
