Regarding ACS, you'll recall fom the last debate Bo Dietl stated he was "getting ready to sell a cyber security company for hundreds of millions of dollars." He now has the motivation of his unsucessful campaign debts to consumate that & any other deals ASAP. Those will be well worth waiting for IMHO.
