I'm uncertain, when the company announced market ready products, I know they were talking about the cream, were they also talking about the sublingual tablet.
It's my belief that market ready means they can produce commercial quality products in commercial quantities. As I understand it, they'll do this from the contract with Emilia for the cream, but I'm uncertain about the tablet.
This may not sound like a big deal, but the production facility for making many biotech products often cost in the tens of millions or more, so having that capability this early in game is a major consideration. If Emilia can make the tablet as well, it will take little time to put it on the market once OWCP determines the time is right to do so, which I presume will be after the safety trial is concluded. That of course is with the assumption that the company will market it in cannabis stores before FDA approvals permit it to be marketed a drug stores.
