I hope your Christmas went well.
T-trade update
There are a total of 63,079,398 shares which were to convert from Oct 31st. Since then, a total of 50,473,000 shares have converted through T trades as either sells or buys. (I.e people buying into shares or converting shares selling on the bid. It is easy to see if you know what you are looking for.)
We have about 12.5 million left. I do think news will wait until the vast majority of these shares are in circulation. Of course, by the end of this month we will see the S-1 with a third round of comments that should add some more info.
I’m still thinking either the week of the 8th or 16th for some kind of update. But anytime would be welcome
