I have a question about share structures. If a stock has a good float and outstanding share quantity, but the is still an ample amount of authorized shares, can the company just begin to dump into the outstanding shares or is there a process they have to follow to do this. I guess my question is more about dilution and how this can occur and what time frame this process can occur.
