Re: OldSaltDawg #3858
Interesting find OldSaltDawg. Not sure how TXTM can restructure preferred shares already issued without Berman’s class C being part of the change.
“Result would make available approximately 30% of already issued Preferred stock”. 2,887,123 total preferred shares issued. Berman holds 2,675,000.
Don’t know how the restructure of preferred TXTM will affect ONCI, if at all, but guess we may find something out by end of year.
Preferred shares structure for TXTM is:
A - 100,000 A/S, 76,123 distributed between Rock Island Capital, Richard Grossfeld, David Lewis.
B – 1,000,000 A/S, 46,000 owned by Jay Safier
C - 10,000,000 A/S, 2,675, 000 owed by Steve Berman
D – 100,000 A/S, 90,000 owned by Plandaí Biotechnology, Inc.
