Waste Management and Agylix severed their relationship years ago.
Genagain and Robin Curtis used Agylix's former technology in the plant they had open for one year in Atlanta before closing down permanently.
Genagain and Robin Curtis have never stated they were partnered with Waste Management or had any affiliation to them.
Agylix did switch over to processing styrofoam years ago and has never shuttered the doors on their base plant in Oregon. They claimed it was done to keep in operations because oil prices make plastic to oil unfeasible.
They also claim to have perfected their Gen6 process to match something similar to Bordynuik's end result.
