There are holidays between now and then so if it gets done by Jan. 10th that's impressive.
Maybe it gets done early.
Maybe it gets done on Jan. 10th.
Maybe they work with the holders of Senior Secured Convertible Debt and move it out a few weeks.
Maybe it never happens.
