Shady, California has had almost no rain in December and none forecast for the rest of the month. Redding, near the three biggest reservoirs gets over 6 inches of rain in December. It is not unusual for Cal to have a dry winter month, but... On the night of the second batch of fires, a bank of chem-trails was just south of the fires. I wonder if man made drought is being formed by chem-trials. As to the fires, I have seen many videos of houses with nothing left, yet trees in the back yard not even burned. I have seen what looks like laser beams coming down, and lasers from planes with gps guidance can zero right in on a home. California has never had fires just like this, then two batches close together.
