I don't do that. I hold core positions in #LTC and #XRP and on occasion (some big spike) I sell the whole position and reload on a pullback thus adding a few more coins. Mainly I like to keep LTC and XRP and just flip some of the new altcoins that pop up on the scene. I have really cooled off on flipping though, eats up too much of my time after trading the market all day.
