I invested in coates because I love the idea and I think the world needs technology like this. From a mechanical standpoint there is no reason this technology would not do what George claims it will do. That being said, I believe his business practices are the only reason this technology has not been utilized in any industry over the last 25+ years.

as to your other 5 points all regarding the same statement, just look up the definition of insider trading. If coates is giving information to people close to him about the future of the company , that he is unwilling to give to the public, that is by definition insider information.
