There is no gap in the value. The market is correct in its valuation. DECN simply has not shown any execution on the various initiatives that it has put forward. The lawsuit will drag on and most traders know that. There are not enough "investors" around this stock to drive up its price and hold it at higher levels. But, the momo traders will step in occasionally when there is an event worthy of trading. Problem is Berman's PR's are carrying less and less weight since nothing ever comes from them. So, when he puts out one of these Bermanese PR's no one is buying it....literally.
