Thanks everyone and btw, I just emailed mmex to let them know it is in the best interest in showing the world they are legit if their pps was much higher.

Although they are doing everything correctly and in order and in a timely fashion, with the pps this low it really does look like a scam.

If I didn't know better and someone told me to buy because they were building a refinery, my first question would be, " Then why is the pps below a penny, this should be at $.50 or over a $1.00".
