I had always been under the impression that Cogosense (Fleetsafer) and FMS (bSafeMobile) were one company and were making both products but apparently that was not the case. Or is it?
In the case of bSafeMobile sales, if On4 is just a 49% partner and the remaining 51% has not been closed, are they (ONCI) allowed to integrate those sales onto their income statement or must they wait until they either have majority control or close the sale?
