Bank of America upgraded shares of Community Health from a neutral rating to a buy rating in a report released on Jan. 11. Bank of America currently has $45.00 target price on the stock, up from their previous target price of $35.00. Additionally, analysts at Barclays Capital raised their price target on shares of Community Health Systems from $32.00 to $36.00 in a research note to investors on January 11. They now have an equal weight rating on the stock.

Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ:LEAP) shares gained 2.47% to $7.05. An analyst, on Jan. 10, said there’s a 70% change MetroPCS Communications Inc. (PCS) and T-Mobile USA will bid for it after completing their merger. T-Mobile and MetroPCS could pay as much as $9 to $10 a share after they complete their deal, which is expected to close some time in the first quarter.

Entegris, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENTG) shares gained 2.45% and closed at $9.20 in the last trading session. The company is scheduled to participate in the 15 Annual Needham Growth Conference on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
