This comment is all that matters from Bill:
There’s very little debt. Should we raise what we anticipate in the ICO, there would be funds available to allocate to share buyback. An RS doesn’t seem necessary or beneficial at this time. We think the stock price can rise on the strength of our plan & subsequent implementation
