one huge hurdle overcome today....couple years
in the making. The precedent has been set and now anyone
else that has outstanding shares = debt issues with the company would be prudent to settle fast and without the courts-seeing what transpired
with KBM.....
So, one major hurdle down a couple to go. BUT 2 IMPORTANT
Things....1.The share Nazi was here today-NO SHARES FOR YOU KBM!
2. The company can now get the albatross off their neck-settle fast with kbm/other lenders and then wait till they are very healthy..and then let it RIP!!!!!!!!!!
