Very abnormal pattern on the otcmarkets.com so-called Level 2. Here's what it looked like right before the close:

Asks at 0.70

Ask at 0.728

We don't usually see more than one or two bids or asks of this many shares. Now all of a sudden, there are a whole bunch.
On a day with low volume, 147,249
Nothing suspicious about that activity, is there?
