Agree, somewhat ..... as you have stated before, lack of execution, IMO, is the greatest factor followed by PR's that have not been written with marketing talent nor followedup with PR's touting success, measurable market share, etc. - I have been in this stock since .53/share and have averaged down - As a diabetic, I saw the need and loved the David & Goliath scrap; HOWEVER, that "idealistic glee" is gone due to lack of execution, inadequate communication of public information and lack of follow-up ..... all basic business goals. I believe DECN has technical prowess BUT lacks the needed marketing/sales/connections needed to make a splash. Value of shareholders is needed by management. IMO, DECN needs a "makeover in management" and I hope it happens BEFORE new emerging technologies make it obsolete.
