What most confuse - all state we have 4b outstanding - yes 4b is authorized shelf count but most will NEVER be used . The reason for the 4B was to wrest control of the 100mm class A shares which has been done.
I've been assured they wouldn't dilute us for cash until we trade above 2 cents.
Some have asked -how much old product is out there - if one reads back only 720K cans were produced 2017 so I'd say bought done with old.
I like all await news of the potential acquisition they are after and would love to see that prior to new product launch
