I was under the assumption that
kbm bought several notes off Asher and another lender. currently, I don't know if there is a statute of limitations for a creditor to sue now, for money owed.
if there are debts still to be paid, the precedent has been set to settle quickly. now that the legal fees have been waived, nobody is going to wait and try to sue for the max amount of money as it would be cutting into their payment-hiring lawyers.
another bonus is that no shares will be added to the float. a very good development today.
