IMO the taxes don't apply until the date the actual invoice
for delivered goods is received so in ONCI case all the
contracts from NOV onward have been for delivery in
JAN onward in which case those would be
accounted for in the NEW 2018 TAX laws,
but I'm not an CPA so can't say 100%.
