This guy is a criminal. Cases are funneled to him to protect large corporate dollars. The time, effort, and money spent to establish proprietary is wasted if inevitably the decision of viability rests on his shoulders. His position needs federal scrutiny IMO although presently the Fed protects corporate financial coffers regardless of legal improprieties.
