Anyone who thinks you can dilute the O/S to a quarter billion shares with no ramifications is BRAIN DEAD. 75 million dollars of Aspire dilution takes IPIX over that threshold. Better hope it doesn't happen OR ELSE. BTW, I think a partnership WILL happen before that comes close to happening.
