You know, realistically I can see why most people think this is a scam ( all except there is no pumping going on). There has not been a refinery built in 40 years, it's being done by a relatively unheard of company, the big boys are not doing it, a few toxic notes etc..etc..ect..So, they are waiting for some hard concrete facts (financing) and or gathering shares as we go. The note holders are in business to loan money not stock investors, mutual fund operators etc...They see an easy way to make quick cash. Can't wait for financing news!!
